Lead Time
We generally try to produce all orders within 3 - 4 weeks of confirmation and payment of deposit. Some of the items are kept in stock and we will always try to supply your products as quickly as possible.
Upon placing your order online, we will contact you and provide you with a more accurate completion date.
Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order at any time via the SOS order system. We will also provide you with updates via email or you may contact one of the SOS team to discuss your order.
